Victorian layering effect.
While at Buffalo Exchange today, I pulled a black lacy short-sleeve over a white bibbed blouse. I liked it..... except both tops were really tight over the...chest area. :-(
Both tops: vintage.
Ignore the Longhorns keychain... ;-)
