A DIY idea for this dress. Go to your local vintage market or store. Find a crazy ruffled printed skirt like the white part on this dress. Then either find a tank, or use one you already
have. Sew right along the waistline of the skirt to right under the breast of the tank, and Kabamn! You have a dress just like this for probably around $5!!!! I have made a million, you can't
have enough of these!
