Neon Jelly Fish
This dress reminds me of a neon jelly fish. I got it a while back at Urban Outfitters for five dollars and I remember being in love with the color. Mood is the only predictor of how I’ll dress so I’m curious as to what my mood says about me here. Paired it with a neon belt because…I liked it. And neon is supposed to be in this season so I felt like I could get away with looking a little electric.
