sandal booties..yay or nay?

Im kinda short,but I love those sandal booties! I wore it with an H&M shirtdess. The sandals are locally made here in Manila(about $50). Im just 5'2, but do you think a shorter person can pull this off?

i have 2 pair of sandal booties...and i think that height doesn't matter as long as you know how to wear them... i don't like how you wear them in the pic...i think that a belt ..would make it much better ..
