tulip skirt..A go or no?

I got this Marc Jacobs tulip draped skirt ages ago. As a petite girl,I always had a hard time wearing knee-length ones but I fell in love wth the vintagey feel of this one. It is actually draped,when you look at it closely. I paired it wth a vintage clutch and some studded brown clogs to toughen the look.. I was just wondering whether this skirt goes with my petite frame. I need to know before wearing it out for a friend's birthday dinner next week. i think that the high heels and the high waist make up for petiteness or whatever... i think knee length is really good for you!!! plus, fashionably speaking, i LOVE your outfit!! looks delicate yet a bit edgy

I think in order to make the outfit perfect, a chunkier brown necklace would work better to balance out the color or bigger brown bracelets. Something to level the shoes off!
