Sooo this weekend it was absolutly FREEEZING here in NYC. Went out for a walk by the pier Saturday with my sister and best friend...couldn't stay for longer than 15 minutes because it was sooo windy out, but managed to take some pictures and played with some cute dogs while there...

would strongly suggest that you refrain from taking pics with cute puppies... down by the pier when it is freaking freezing out there!!!!!!!!
