tights...

I think first one looks better- with tights. Maybe if you want to wear it without tights, you should try another shoes, because these dont look good without tights.
Anyway, I vote for first variation.

And I think you should wear it without tights. Because with them you look too "wintery" and the contrast between colours is too big..in that case you should add black scarf or sth....
so I would say without tights and with something black...like a clutch or accessories

tights - hands down

I don't know... If you're going to a club, wouldn't you get too hot wearing tights?
I mean, i LOVE it with tights and if you're still having cold weather you should keep them, but inside of a club it's a whole different climate LOL
I'd go without tights and change the shoes as t00glam said... Maybe some hot boots?

Thx you guys! So I just wore my skinny jeans in the end *blush* I was so nervous and in my skinnies I feel comfortable... Outfit was: skinny jeans, open toe black heels, frilly black top... Perfect for this annoyingly cold weather... But thx for your advice!!! When it gets warmer I'll definitely wear the dress without tights... I'm praying for some sun... lov ya xxx
