Trying to Stay Cool in Cali

Went to Cali this past Labor Day weekend to spend time with the boyfriend-we're long distance. But it was just so damn hot! Here I am posing with him as we are bout to head to the pier on Hermosa to go bar-hopping. I'm loving the black and yellow trend right now, so I paired my LBD with some fun peep-toe yellow wedges (if you can even tell). I paired it with a favorite long gold chain necklace with a butterfly charm, to keep the outfit from being too simple.
