Hey Everybody, ok so heres whats going on with all the celebs and the fashion. Today, Im here to tell you about the capelet. Its kind of like the replacement poncho. Remember last year, when it was in fashion? Rachel Bilson looks so cute with her bags or groceries...ok sorry. Anywho..I think its really cute. I wonder how long this fashion trend will last? Cause last year the poncho lasted a long time...
