Chinese Chicken

My big blubbery cry-baby of a roommate left to go live in Australia for 6 months. This is what I wore to our final lunch. I kept saying that it reminded me of what Ariel in The Little Mermaid wore the first time she walked on land. We went to The Grove (a Los Angeles outdoor shopping center) had some lunch and walked around . Good times had by all. The Barenaked Ladies were playing an outdoor concert there which was…weird and unexpected. I don’t think the crowd appreciated our rendition of whatever that song is called of there’s that goes, “watching x-files with no lights on with Donna Mais on…” because that’s about all we knew of it. We would of stayed for their set but we didn’t have time. If you would have told me when I was 11 that the “Chinese chicken/eat a drumstick and your brain starts tickin’” guys would be playing to outdoor malls I would not have believed you. Australia take care of her! (And if you’re from Australia please leave a tip where in Melbourne she should visit. Shops, restaurants, all is appreciated!)
