The other outfit is more appropriate for a job interview anywhere else but maybe for AA this would be fine. I wish I could be more help :/

I like the other outfit, but paired with the black flats from this outfit, it is sooo cute!! ... I am not 100% sure what they are looking for sooo I wish I could be of more help!!! Goodluck with the interview!

I agree, the other outfit seems to be more appropiate, with the exception of the red shoes. Like "amour", I think toned down shoes would be better.

This may be good for AA, but I really like the school girl look much better...sorry, not sure!

omg... personally, i don't like that shirt with the skirt and flats (both of which i adore btw!) so i'd go for outfit #2 just because i'm a bit more into classic looks, but then again, for AA it may be alright... i mean, if the interview is at a starbucks, it calls for something more relaxed! haha either way, best of luck!! you look like a million bucks wth both!
