Totally Temping Teal

I just got this teal tank from H&M and it's the most color I've worn in weeks! (Note to self: Must make an effort to incorporate more color in my wardrobe). The skirt is from Club Monaco; it's supposed to be high-waisted, but I lost some weight and it got big on me :( The owl necklace is from a sample sale I went to recently.
