DIY: Fringe Fever

I LOVE FRINGES!!! The materials you’ll need: old pair of jeans or denim fabric plain cotton dress with round or v-neckline scissors needle & thread The execution: Cut the denim fabric about 10 inches long and 3 inches wide. Fold the swatches in half, lengthwise and place each of them along the neckline. Stitch each piece of cut denim onto the neckline. Once all the pieces have been stitched onto the neckline, carefully cut the swatches into thin strips.
