We all love Target for bringing us designer duds for less, but when they look like this Alice Temperley for Target Crepe Skirtall, $30, I'm a little less excited.
The skirtall: we were friends in the early 90s, but since, we've become estranged. I'm not sure that I'm ready to kiss and make up just yet - our friendship almost seems better left in the past.

Alice Temperley has been making gorgeous floor sweeping gowns for many years and she definitely has it down to a fine art. When I spoke to her last Summer she hinted at her plans for expansion for Spring 2010, and now it has finally been unveiled. The British designer has decided to expand her target audience and now wants to dress the cool kids.

You have shown in both New York and London, what do you think are the main differences between the two fashion capitals?

- Her best secret for having smooth skin? Sweeping the entire body with a brush, then following it with Avocado Body Balm mixed half and half with Herbal Vitamin Oil.
