Workplace conflicts are pretty common — even in the most collegial of offices, you’re bound to get a whiff of bad blood or competition between co-workers. And most of the time, these disputes manifest themselves in pretty subtle ways: dirty looks in the hallways, passive-aggressive one-upping in meetings, etc. Then there are the rare instances when a workplace conflict turns into a very public, very real argument.

Check out shiamay working the cute college girl look today. Her collegiate style consists of a blazer, belted knit dress, quirky knee socks, and patent oxfords. It's a little bit Serena, a touch of Blair, and a whole lot of fun!

Leave it to Blair to bring fascinating Upper East Side style to NYU. While strolling the collegiate hallways, the former queen bee tempered a sexy gold lame dress by Oscar de la Renta with a ladylike coat — genius. The Gossip Girl then furthered her ferosh with a burgundy-quilted bag, gold bangles, and badass Alexandre Birman python booties.

While the Upper East Siders had college on their minds last night on Gossip Girl, their intentions proved otherwise. Case in point: Serena van der Woodsen. In an attempt to shun her ex-BF, Serena opted out of her Brown visit and decided to accept the dean of Yale’s personal invitation to visit the school.
