Horns blasting, hilarious lyrics and a beat that chugs along like, oh yeah, you guessed it, an express train. This is what the title track off the soundtrack to the Seth Rogen-James Franco comedy Pineapple Express sounds like. Who had the honors (or, who honored the filmmakers, perhaps) of creating the fun, fast-paced "Pineapple Express"?

There are so many high-low designer collaborations these days, I can hardly keep track of them all. But girl am I glad I didn't let the Celia Birtwell for Express one slip through the cracks. Her '60s-inspired prints are just what I need right now.

Target does it, so does H&M. Now, Express is throwing their hat into the guest designer ring by collaborating with British textile designer Celia Birtwell, who also works with Topshop.
Birtwell is bringing her bohemian aesthetic to Express with four mini-collections, the first of which debuts on April 7 and includes two chiffon blouses in six different prints ($80) and one silk dress (left) in two different prints ($128).

There are many reasons to love Kate Moss's celebratory ensemb. Her fringed Balmain booties and girlie hued tee are classic staples, but let's zoom in on her slick shawl. It's floral, gypsy-like, and utterly gorgeous.

With the first day of Fall come and gone, I'm on the hunt for wallet-friendly dresses that can make the transition from Indian Summer to full-fledged Fall. Which is why I went to Express, where I spied this sassy snake print Tulip Wrap Dress ($30, originally $60). Since dresses and skirts are up to 50 percent off, I didn't even have to choose between this one and a long-sleeve version.

How much you enjoy Pineapple Express may depend more on how charmed you are by the chemistry between James Franco and Seth Rogen and less on how funny you find pot jokes. Don't get me wrong, marijuana jokes abound in this comedy written by Rogen and his frequent collaborator Evan Goldberg, and they are funny. But I was surprised by how much more Pineapple Express falls into the category of buddy movies like Lethal Weapon, rather than the stoner category like Half Baked.

You know I'm a fan of digital postcard services, so I did a little (discreet) dance when I found Postcard Express ($4) for my iPhone.
You can take a picture at whatever fabulously exotic location you're at, and then you add your message and the email address of the recipient. It'll even geo-tag your photo/postcard for you.
